8 Hour Mandatory CE

This course satisfies the Virginia DPOR requirement that a licensed salesperson/broker must complete 8 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education as part of their 8 hour mandatory CE courses every 2 years to renew their license.

1 Hour in Legal Updates
1 Hour in Real Estate Contracts
2 Hours in Fair Housing
3 Hours in Ethics
1 Hour in Agency Law
